Pest problems differ from property to property. That’s why we offer different service plan options. This way you can choose the right fit for your specific needs.
TOTAL SERVICE PLAN
This plan is designed for those who seem to have regular pest problems. Carpenter ants or spiders appear every spring like clockwork. And you really can’t enjoy your backyard activities without dealing with those pain-in-the-you-know-where bees and wasps each summer. What’s a winter trip to the attic like without encountering a mouse problem.
The total service plan gives you regularly-scheduled seasonal services to treat pro-actively to reduce the likelihood of these invading pests.
Three services are scheduled annually once every four months. Free, unlimited re-treatments are provided between regular service calls. Two of the services are complete exterior applications while the third focuses on the interior.
All of these services are scheduled at your convenience, with no surprise visits. Your entire property is covered under the program. All interior and exterior areas, including detached garages, sheds, swing sets, pools, etc. are covered.
SEASONAL SERVICE PLAN
This six-month plan packs the punch of the Total Service Plan but is designed for those who only seem to have pest problems during nice weather, i.e. April-October. It’s ideal for snowbirds!
Three services are scheduled over a six-month period, once every-other-month. Treatments are complete exterior applications. And the plan covers all interior and exterior areas of your property. Free unlimited re-treatments between regular services are included. Treatments are done by appointment only.
Pests included in the plans: Ants, bees, wasps, cockroaches, centipedes, millipedes, crickets, earwigs, sow bugs, fleas, ladybugs, boxelder bugs, stink bugs, cluster flies, silverfish, spiders, ground beetles, rats and mice. Bed bugs, termites and powder post beetles are not included in plan coverage.
A LA CARTE TREATMENTS
All of the treatments can be purchased separately, without any type of maintenance program commitment. All services include specific warranties. Ask for details.
